So we come home from the west coast of Canada, crappy road trip, lots of practice time, and this. What is really alarming is our best players are playing terrible and with poor effort.

I can hardly remember a time when the Caps made good use of practice time in the Trotz era. They will need tremendous individual plays to make the playoffs, a la Lars Eller there.
