whats sad and funny at the same time, is if ovi could hit a couple empty nets this year (2-3 i remember right off the top of my head) that he shoulda hit easily, he would be 2nd in goals, with a good chance to get rocket...haha

I still think he has a shot at rocket and if he somehow leads league in goals and points, and caps take 3rd seed, assuming crosby doesn't come back, I would bet money that ovi would get the hart/Lindsey as well.

No. Stamkos has 46 points in 35 games. That's on pace for 63 points.
Ovechkin has 37 points. Would need 27 points in 12 games. Maybe more if Kunitz, Kane, Stamkos, or MSL gets really hot. Likely not less.

This was a beautiful win. Classic Caps. Go down a goal or two (never scored the first goal with 50+ Ovi) and then come back with multiple Ovi goals, Mike Green on the PP, Backstrom assist all around, and to top it off a goal from some random grunt that doesn't help your mostly Caps fantasy team.

I love that the offense has started to come back.

Well Locker and I and others were right, it was the Pat Peake grade broken heel.

He was instantly what I thought of, to the right side of the goal.

Time to get rid of the archaic touch up somehow still in the NHL game.
