The building was extremely empty last night. They are filling the seats the camera faces. The lower bowl on the other side was maybe half full.
I was there, it really wasn't like that.
The bigger issue is people's inability to show up on time for the game. They come in at 730 and can't sit until commercial breaks.

It's amazing how great Hutton looks after just doing some workouts, considering he wasn't even capable of cracking that sick Utica defense last spring. No way he could have. He was too green. He didn't have the pro experience. And now all of a sudden he's the 2nd best D on an NHL team after doing some sick squats and lunges? It's almost unbelievable!

It's a completely different league and level of play. This Baertschi looks a lot like the one that couldn't hold a spot on the Flames for the last 2 years.
Still time for Baertschi, but at this point Vey, Clendening and Baertschi are looking like a disgustingly bad return for two 2nds and Forsling.
