Pääjärvi is only stating the obvious here in my opinion and I don't think it's really trashtalk.

This is another thing Pääjärvi said, "Canada is looking really good...but so are we." That's basically what he's saying. And of course he saying that Sweden's gonna win if they meet in the finals, what is he supposed to say? "No, Canada will win."

Like Patrik Berglund last year, "I want to meet Canada in the final so we can beat them again." That almost happened...
