I still can't believe Pitlick scored and ran himself into the post
That was something I would expect Wood to do.I still can't believe Pitlick scored and ran himself into the post
Severson made a half way smart play, can't fault him for it deflecting off the ref.
Yeah if it hit the linesman not Sevos fault.

Mightve been my favorite part of the game after the Monty giveaway...
and just seeing frigging Miles Wood! Glad he's back.
Here's a thought... he didn't know the linesman was standing there or didn't see him because it was a quick play. I get that you don't like him but that wasn't a bad play, just an unfortunate bounce that ultimately didn't matter. The f*** you say?
Here's a thought - don't shoot it at the linesman when making the brilliant 'pass back to the goalie'. Can he not see? Good intentions don't really count if you screw up the execution completely.

I had that revelation when I saw Kerfoot and Barzal scoring goals upon entering the league. Its more important to be able to get into position to score easy goals than it is to actually have a good shot.Elite skating does wonders
The Reid Boucher theory. Shot doesn't matter if you can never use it. 2 things generally allow for a player to shoot more, skating/puckhandling ability that allows them to get into open space/elude defenders. Hockey IQ, allowing for anticipatory and cerebral players to get into shooting situations more often.I had that revelation when I saw Kerfoot and Barzal scoring goals upon entering the league. I was riffing on an obvious glitch. What?
I didn’t know ~11 minutes was 40 minutes and they both played that much because we had 5 penalties.
McLeod had 4:30 Short Handed TOI and 6:34 of Even Strength TOI.
Vesey had 4:28 SH TOI & 7:22 EV TOI.
Wood was taking extra-short shifts, he was quickly gassed after rushing down the ice. He played 10:48 EV TOI, 11:46 Total.
Greer played 6:47 TOI, all Even Strength. Boqvist played 9:11, also all Even Strength. Bastian played 9:53 EV TOI and 3:29 PP TOI.
What exactly is wrong with these ice times?

Guess they fixed it.
Ya, said Wood played 40 minutes last night. The Reid Boucher Theory : Sucks at Hockey, a Piece of S--t at Life.
What was the glitch?
Were the numbers you saw different?
Holy crap! Yeah...I'd think even Blind-as-a-Bat Dano would've noticed that, if that actually happened.Ya, said Wood played 40 minutes last night.
I assure you I did not think Wood played 40 minutes last night.
Lol yes ! Several highly skilled plays by the kids and Subban comes flying in “ Yo hit me up with the puck , watch this boys ….. agh shit sorry about that .”I laughed again at Subban's "I can still do this! Oh shit, I can't!" play when he joined the rush with the kids.
Sometimes I wonder what Ruff and the Coaching staff are doing. It honestly looks like the entire opposition got caught out on like a 3 minute shift or is swimming in mud while he flys around making them look stupid. There’s a few times where he dangles around a player and has a clear path to the net but I don’t think he even he realizes it. Every so often he makes a unreal play or has so much speed through the neutral zone where I think he could easily beat defencemen wide but I don’t thnk he gives himself enough credit and realizes it some times.
