I wore my Hurricanes hat when I went to total wine recently and the cashier said that Ward and Gleason had been there earlier signing bottles and doing a tasting. According to him it was good wine.

I am depressed for the rest of the day knowing that I missed going into a Total Wine and having Cam Ward sign a wine bottle for me.

i saw paula deen at a costco in duluth ga a couple months ago

people started swarming and she left

the whole time i just kept thinking "that woman looks exactly like paula deen"

only after i got back in the car did i realize "wow yeah that was actually paula deen"

I ran into Jack Russell (Great White lead singer) at an island in the Bahamas in 2005?. I didn't know who the hell he was actually. We were both getting a drink at this outdoor bar. He said "hey man, maybe you've heard of me, I'm Jack Russell of Great White" ... me: blank stare. I had heard some of their music, but at the time the name wasn't ringing a bell. He definitely looked like a rocker from the 80s that had seen some ****. Pretty nice guy. His wife was hot, was wearing a thong. I found out later about the fire.

I'm in an industrial safety class this semester and we learned about that fire from a guest speaker fireman. He showed a video and it was insane. Literally minutes before 100 people were dead.

I sat at a bar at the iO improv theater in Chicago for a half hour talking with a friend, making eye contact several times with a 40-something that just looked so familiar. Only when he left did I realize that was Seth Myers.

Anyway, Cam Ward.

I would love to hear Seth Myers' version of this story.

I'm in an industrial safety class this semester and we learned about that fire from a guest speaker fireman. He showed a video and it was insane. Literally minutes before 100 people were dead.

That video is tough to watch. Just knowing that 100 of those people don't make it out is heartbreaking. It spread so fast, too. From a pyrotechnic to the place being completely engulfed in 5-6 minutes. The fire department got there so fast too, but by that point there wasn't anyone left inside to save

We've all discussed Ward to death around here, so it's not necessarily a hot topic every time he get's hot. Also the team is still losing games in-which he plays well, so that sort of takes precedence over talking about his performance. Come back when he starts sucking again. There should be ample discussion then. That should be right about the time we start scoring more than 2 goals per game.
