Love the trade. He was in demand with a lot of teams interested. My guess is the cost for him was a 2nd, the 3rd and 7th are for salary retention. I had a feeling the Flames were going to get him. He has so many connections to the team.

Ruzicka needs to be on the team though. He's absolutely one of the 12 best forwards we have on any given night even with this trade.
