We're talking about a guy with a top-5 trade value in the entire league.

Colorado would never trade him, nor do they need to. The only really top-tier valuable piece Calgary has right now is Rasmus Andersson, and there arent enough draft picks in the world to make the Avs do that trade when they are trying to win a Cup now.
