Saad for Debrusk?

B's are trying to win one more with this core before window passes so Saad can score like Debrusk but is far superior all around player and would fit in well with that push and B's lineup.

Debrusk is younger and should be cheaper as RFA.. Needs alot of work around rest of his game outside of scoring but would fit in with Hawks effort to get younger and reopen contending window

Makes zero sense.

What are Boston's organizational needs?

Well the biggest is Bergeron replacement

Realistic for today to improve secondary scoring, get a proven top6 winger

and improve 5on5 game just overall, 1st line and pp has carried Boston the last 2 years

If the B's let Krug walk, would they entertain...

TO PHI
- DeBrusk

TO BOS
- Gostisbehere
- 1st round pick 2020
- 3rd round pick 2021
I don't see the fit from Philly's end. LW is pretty deep with Giroux, Farabee, Lindblom, and JVR.

Debrusk would make a great third line player. But he’s not a guy you should be giving second line duties. Incredibly frustrating player.

A trade around Debrusk and Kyle Palmieri? Of course Palms is older and after next season he probably gets $ 6-7 M per year but...

The type of asset Boston would request back for a guy who'd be relatively redundant in Detroit's lineup ain't worth it. Not sure why he thinks we'd be in on Debrusk.

Good player though. AZ as part of an OEL package?

yeah we dont need talent, we have own guys that wont take us far in the playoffs.

i'll drive to boston to get him.
Giroux and Farabee had more points in the playoffs than DeBrusk this year. JVR had outscored him in the regular season and Lindblom had a higher scoring pace before he had cancer. DeBrusk is a good player, but the Flyers don't need any more left wingers.

Send him home PLS. Would give Mcdavid someone with actual skill to play with and allow us to reunite the dominant DRY line.

Ik Boston has been looking for a rw forever so what about Puljujarvi +? I’d be comfortable adding a 1st, maybe a d prospect not named Broberg/Bouchard... Close or no? Too much?

In the Playoffs DeBrusk was bad against the Canes outside of one game. Constantly losing the puck and trying to force low % plays. I'd hope Carolina looks elsewhere.

Frustrating yes,but he has over 60 goals in 3 years, and he is better than a third line player idiotic to think otherwise ............he is only 23 years old.
