He said in the article I linked above that that is one of the main things he knows he needs to work on, so I guess that is his summer project. We'll see how it all went in camp, I guess.

Yup, and he doesn't need to develop the big back-scratching clapper.

But a harder and more accurate wrister and work on his one-timer capabilities so it gets on net more often.

He'll likely never have the type of velocity on his one-timer to blow it past the goaltender, but just getting it on net quick and consistently can be a valuable weapon with so many point shot goals scored now by screens and deflections, not necessarily beating the goaltender clean.

With so much emphasis on shot blocking now, I'd be happy if he could use his agility to just get most of them to the net, instead of shooting them wide on purpose.
