I think he just got waived after the non-response to Rask getting punched in the head and concussed. Maybe not fair to have expected it of him, but the Bruins needed something after that, and Ritchie ain't got it.

With the Flyers having these guys hurt, playoffs could be doomed anyways: Hart, Ghost, Braun, Patrick, Lindblom. And now have Frost and Farabee demoted.

I thought his MO in Dallas was a guy who was physical and had a tendency to throw some dumb over-the-top hits.
