Certain clubs are an exception to the no one cares thing. Ottawa Senators is a pretty good example with how much of a shambles it all is. It always is making news. It's not just Sens fans that consider Melynk one of the worst owners in the 4 Major Leagues so plenty of people know what's going on with us

Melnyk is nowhere close to being one of the worst owners in pro sports.

People hate the guy because he isn’t rich enough, or spend enough, and has publicly tied revenues to spending over the last few years. He also hinted that fans should support the team…. The horror!

Ottawa fans who are still angry in here are mostly just spouting nonsense now. A literal Simpson mob. Sure if the rebuild fails due to lack of spending, get out the torches again, but so far so good, for several years now.

I'm sure I've seen UrinatingTree even say Melnyk is probably the worst in the Big 4 leagues. Or at least in the NHL. And he lives to dig on bad owners and air their dirty laundry. And it's not like he's got it out for the Sens or anything stupid like that

Anyways in terms of the rebuild we are at a vital point. If we don't extend Brady long term then we have failed, and everyone will be proven right that nothing has changed. Simple as
