Some people are so uptight about numbers, trying to fit them all into neat little boxes. This isn't football with "eligible numbers" and all that business, let the kids wear whatever they want. I mean, i get that there are certain numbers that are more conventionally suitable for various positions, but it's really not that big of a deal to have some higher numbers skating around out there. Especially when it's like Bo Horvat's situation where he has a pretty strong reason for wearing the #.
