They’d be crazy to trade him. He doesn’t seem that valuable in a trade but he’s a very impactful and solid player.

If they believe that the turnaround will take a couple more years then I can understand a trade, especially given that they don’t own a 2nd or 3rd round pick in this draft.
but NJ has to be careful about moving all of their vets. They are not a free agent destination team. Going to overpay to convince good quality vets to come and help the young team.
