Hard to complain about the value here. Adding a veteran leader on an actually affordable contract that suits his current role. Not paying any premiums for past performance.

Only way this backfires is if Siegenthaler is clearly outplaying him and whichever gets benched creates some sort of locker room issue. But I'm doubtful that happens.
