Puempel was traded to Kitchener for a third liner and two second round picks months ago. But of course you couldn't know this last year.

Only because they won last year. It's entirely possible and not all that unlikely that either Kitchener or Plymouth surpasses them in the west.

As shown last night, London's going to have a tough time with teams who actually have good goaltending and are good defensively. You don't get to play poor defensive/goaltending teams like Guelph and Erie all the time.
