most games don't start until 11:30pm/12am here. It's kinda hard unless its the weekend.

If all 3 games in the Edm-SJ series were like game #2, then I'd say that one.
imo it must be the Leafs Caps series. There's lots of drama there, and it's interesting to see the contrast in styles. The Caps are a well constructed team in full cup win mode, and meanwhile the Leafs are a young team that won't give up, and it's working.

I totally hear you. It sucks that even though I'm in Alberta my little guy cant watch all the game.

Can't vote for just one, besides the STL-MIN and EDM-SJS series just about every first round matchup has been stellar, and even those two have had a few marquee moments mixed in as well.
I'm just gonna sit here and appreciate them all before we inevitably forget due to time.

CGY v ANA had so much potential. But it's lopsided results and not enough fisticuffs.
I can see how TOR v WSH would be exciting. I've purposely avoided watching their highlights and games because of how much it's shoved down our throats, but I bet it's exciting.

The only game I've missed so far is game 3 Sharks-Oilers. To be fair though I haven't really paid as much attention to Pens-Jackets because it's been on at the same time as Rangers-Habs.

I actually think the leafs caps have been quite boring. I'm not buying the sportsnet hype. I actually would say Montreal NYR or Edmonton San Jose. Both have been much better hockey by both teams

Easily Caps/Leafs. Several other series have been entertaining as well, but Caps/Leafs series is on another level.

Yep, it usually means one of the teams in the matchup is not up to the task.
Competitive series where both teams are playing well are always better.
For example, as a Blackhawks fan:
Sweep of Wild in 2015
Vs
Loss to Kings in WCF Game 7 OT in 2014
My team lost but that series against the Kings is one of he best I've ever seen.
The series against the Wild? Forgettable.
