I think I've got a pretty good idea of who you might be, last season I couldn't understand why they kept you on the bench while Dan Murdy, probably the biggest wobbler I've ever seen at that level, was getting a regular shift

Why not play for Gosport? I hear they've even given fatty some shifts this season!

Speaking of fatty, here you are folks, the best player I've ever played against (#9 in orange)

I don't blame the linesman at all in this incident, I remember once escorting fatty to the box and he turned around to go after someone while I still had hold of his shirt and I was literally water skiing behind him trying to stop.

Jesus what a dirt-bag... talk about sucker-punch.

I've thought about it but they are more than likely going down next year and if that happened I'd be better off playing over here in NIHL2.

I'm also in above clip, notice me pointing at the blood at the end of the video! Those were the days!

Daniil Zharkov. Edmonton Oilers draft pick playing in the O. Played against him in a adult hockey camp. Kids a beast, 6'4" 212lbs and can skate like the wind. No chance to stop that guy. Even the 16 year olds were unreal. Big jump between house league (which i played in)and the OHL i guess.haha

Not me, but I know a guy who played against Pat Kane when he was still playing travel hockey. He said Kane's team was one of the toughest they ever played against. Said the D was always jumping up into the play. He said Kaner was obviously a stand out as well.

I know it's the completely wrong sport, but I have to boast

I played rugby union several times against these twins who now play professional rugby league at the top level.

They're from the same hometown as me and we even played on the same soccer team when we were kids, their school was my school's rival school, they always beat us at rugby and they produced dozens of Wales national team players, though during my years we often ran them close, they pretty much only won because of these two guys

My first post on the forums. Sup guys? Where do I begin? Been fortunate to play with and against a lot of great players. Played over in NY against applecore and bulldogs in my junior days, was fortunate to be invited to player development camps when I was younger which a handful later landed in the NHL like Bourque and others in that age group, played with Butler of the Devils growing up and many more.. all fantastic players to play with and against.

Played against a lot of good players in the swedish junior leagues.
Best ones i can think of straight away:

Tobias Enström- He was absolutely amazing, dominated every single game we played against Modo.
Niklas Bäckström- Was actually nothing special when he was younger. Was kinda chubby back then. :)
Viktor Hedman - Played with people older than him and was still very good.
Alexander Edler- Very strong and offensively gifted.
Jonas Enroth and Anders Lindbäck- Both amazing goaltenders.

Former red wings prospect Mattias Ritola was probably the most impressive in the juniors, but i guess he didnt amount to much in comparison to the rest.

The highest level of hockey that I have played is "A" and I played that this year, Sam Cyr is an absoloute tank, when we lost to his team he had 9 of their 16 goals...and 6 assists.

I was lucky enough to be playing AAA in Ontario when guys like Stammer, Tavares, Hall, and Seguin were playing. Been in games against all of them and a few other guys I'm sure.

Played with and against a lot of OHL/European league players in beer league this summer. Chris and Cam Abbot, Craig Hottot, Ludvig Rensfeldt (2012 wjc gold), Nick Latta (team Germany multiple times at World Jrs) all skated with our league this summer.

I played against Marco Scandella back when I was really young. I knew his family pretty well because I ended up playing with & against his sister for a bunch of years.
