Eh I don't think being far from dirty matters much. A bad hit is a bad hit.... so I guess it depends on how you see the actual hit

It is definitely interference and it was definitely a headshot. Should been atleast a penalty. And since the league is trying to crack down on head shots the should be looking at this but they likely dont. They seem to pick and choose what an illegal hit is.
A hit to the head us a hit to the head. They should be reviewing and penalizing them all.

Berglund’s shoulder hit Chytil up in the nose area

Chytil has moved the puck and then turned - Berglund didn’t extend for the hit or use the shoulder. Maybe a two minute interference but nothing crazy.

Not even the worst ref miss of the game. That said, it wasn’t a predatory hit. Just bad luck. Should have been a minor, I’d say. I do wish players would wear full face masks or have less dangerous body armor. Or both.
