Pro scouts, yeah I agree, it's depressing.

Amateur scouts aren't that bad though, it's just that organization have an obsession with NA picks. I think they should listen to them wayyyy more often, and not just in the later rounds.

Anyway, pro scouts in general, besides Radulov (who everyone knew), blows hard. Eric Crawford (Directeur of Pro Scouting), can't wait til the guy is gone, nothing good will ever come of him.

Bottom line is he has been here for 6 years now and he hasn't built anything.

Injuries tell you what kind of depth you have in the organization.
