Structure: Boucher’s neutral zone offence neutralizer?
Work Ethic: bust your butt or sit on it!

Elaborate plsThis guy was an absolute joke in Hershey and I can't believe that Troy Mann didn't learn his lesson with him.
Any new Randy Lee news to speak of? Is the play to say nothing until it blows over and quietly re-instate or remove him?
Had a working relationship with Brampton (Montreal's ECHL team) last year, and we have heard nothing different, so I'd assume we have a working relationship there again. Montreal basically have control of what role our guys play down there as their coaches are affiliated with Montreal's AHL team.Does Belleville have a working agreement with any team in the ECHL for this coming season?

Made a little make-shift ranking of our NHL and AHL depth. For the most part, I ranked them by expected NHL games (specifically once we get to the AHL level/past #4). In parenthesis: points, games, and league from last year.

Pretty good rankings, but why is Formenton unranked?

We have 31 forwards (not including Formenton), 16D and 5 goalies under contract. Labate (F), Leier (F), Scarfo (F), Percy (D) and Murray (D) are on AHL deals. Really liking our AHL depth this year.
Might Belleville be good this year?
Impossible to tell, it's unpredictable, like the NHL but even more. And at this point in time, it's hard to say what the line-up will look like but if you look at gillscottperron post #35, there's depth to have a decent to good AHL team. Coaching will be key. KK really didn't help last year IMO.
I disagree, it was clear going into the year last year that we would have a pretty crappy team. This year on paper we should atleast be a middle of the pack team in our division with some of the signings we made. Tambellini and Balisy should be legit top 6 forwards, not to mention our biggest AHL signing last year (Ben Sexton) was out for half the year. Stuart Percy is head and shoulders better than any defense man we had in our lineup and it's not like our goalies can be any worse than they were last year. I %100 agree with the last part of your post though, Troy Mann needs to piece it all together or it could easily be another long year.
