Not worried or concerned at all. Lose, tank, land the #1 overall pick. That’s all that matters for this season. Bedard has already proved how incredible he’s gonna be, so him missing a portion of this season means absolutely nothing outside of Calder voting. And even that isn’t out of question if he lights it up upon return.

I’d argue having a full summer of rest + training would be more beneficial than another long playoff run + memorial cup. He was out of gas last year by the time Seattle’s season was over

Leaning towards no, but hard to say. If it's not too severe, he could be healthy enough to play in 3-4 weeks, especially something as tame as the All Star game.

However, there's a lot that would need to go right about that. Maybe the league invites him for some shooting competitions just to say he's there?

Looking at the schedule, outside of the SJ game, I don’t see the Hawks having the ability to win a single game
