No more Ch-twins? This is like separating Daniel and Henrik. Unforgivable. Seriously I hope there's a good reason they're scratching him. Maybe he's been dogging it because he thought he'd earned a spot in training camp? He went from the favorite to earn a spot to getting scratched in the AHL.

Really hope hes not moving unless its a serious good young forward coming back
I this is the case, which idle speculation but would makes sense given our needs. Chekhovich is one of our highest potential prospects, we don't have a first this year, and from the talk coming out of Kurz(and the other organizational lap dogs) it may be that the org values Chmelevski more. Blichfeld also seemed to impress and they might view Chek as expendable. These are all wild shots in the dark, Chek could start next game and someone else would sit as the Cuda is stacked right now.

Sommer almost never plays every forward in every game. He may have just picked Chekhovich to miss tonight. Weinger and Ivanyuzhenkov aren’t playing either. They have too many forwards.

Anyone who watches the Cuda able to comment much on the preferred line combinations so far, especially on special teams?

May be holding out guy with NHL experience in case injury/illness call up required.

Nothing from Nollenberger nor Sommer on rationale on lineup in pregame audio. (But the had the volume way down for the first few minutes so, could have missed something)

Ivan with go ahead goal.

Condor goalie carried to locker room with about 51 seconds left in 3rd. Backup came in, went to bench trying to tie game up.
