Yeah, I would think that Philly is almost lottery-pick bad, but then I realize that Buffalo, Florida & Carolina are there. Luckily in this case. Philly can still win that lottery, but the chances are not that high in that case. It´s impossible to beat Buffalo and Florida while Carolina might be just equally bad. Then there´s still Edmonton and Calgary.
