It’s awkward because watching this I keep thinking Columbus could do with a game breaker like that up front. Edmonton shouldn’t need it, Toronto doesn’t and the Pens need a young star to go with the others to extend the window.

Yes, he can toil away in mediocrity in Minnesota because he’ll hurt their ability to tank and rebuild. Other than that, he really could have a sweet first season for a 1OA pick as far as centres and D go.
