So what's going to happen with Phillips? Retire? Move on? Resign?

Haven't heard anything yet.

Hab fans are really starting to piss me off with that soccer chant.

I wish the nhl would crate a rule that prohibited hab fans from signing that chant.

I have a feeling he'll re-sign. Guy has been Ottawa's most consistent defenseman behind Karlsson and Methot this year.

So i went to take a peek at the flyers board just for fun and some of the flyers fans are blaming bobby ryan for their loss against the wild. Huh?

Behind you, look out
New jerseys reveiled since start of the season so far;

Buffalo - Ugliest thing since Johan Franzen
NYI - started off good, but they screwed up a major part like Argo.
LA - So boring it puts my auditing lectures to shame.
Ducks - More orange than a Jersey shore girl in the middle of January.
Ottawa - Clear winner. No jokes needed.

Calgary's new jersey is pretty decent as well imo.

All I have to say is that it is terrible that we didn't get Landeskog in the one year we tanked with our 1st rounder of late. He could have done wonders for this team.

Not only is he great to watch, and has nice traditional numbers...but his underlying stats are also insane.

The whole point was that we refused to tank. Have some self respect as a fan dude, Jesus...

I really like the Kings' new jersey. Ducks one is ugly though

Really? Thought for sure it was this season at the 10 game mark ish.

I remember the image of Kesler wearing last year.

I just checked Icethetics and they have it listed as unveiled 03/02/13

They played a game with it last season.

Tanking is a myth for delusional fans

I give 110% to win at all cost in my amateur leagues where I pay to play... Do people really think that the NHL players (that are paid and made popular because of the league) don't try to win every game?

Sens had no more pressure, a real #1 goalie for a change and some young players trying to prove themselves. Of course, they started to win more games. Same would happen this year later in the season if the Sens were out of it. So forget about giving away a lottery pick, I would be very surprised, too much talent

And we probably won't hear anything until next summer. I would like to see Phillips retire & maybe get a coaching job with the Sens, however, I don't think he thinks he is done. With Boro having a one way next season maybe that means Phillips isn't going to be re-signed, but who knows. My guess is that Corvo for sure won't be back & maybe one of our young defencemen could get moved in a deal. Considering the fall out to what happened to Alfredsson this past summer, Sens brass may be forced to re-sign Phillips. Wait & see, I guess.
