I think it's awesome to pair Baennett with Backlund; gives him less defensive responsibilities (as opposed to center) and lets him do his thing, especially because Vancouver will try to expose him at home trying to match the Sedins against his line. however that's no problem since we have a defensive stud in Backlund with him. Same thing applies to Ferland and Stajan.

I hope those lines in practice sticks. Raymond can sub for Bollig on the 4th line, that's about only place where he should be until he can learn to take some hits

I think everyone of us knows that Vancouver is a good team, but they're a good team that we match up at least decently with. Trash talking opponents comes with it being a GDT, and one against Vancouver? There is definitely going to be some trash thrown towards that oil slick on the West Coast.

I'm a Flames fan. I am also a Canucks fan. I live in Calgary and am a Flames season ticket holder, so I have been to more Flames games than a lot of people. I like to talk about both teams and I understand jabs at an opponent -- that's just part of hockey. At some point it just becomes annoying to read is all.
