Anyone else getting a bad feeling about goaltending?

Do you know how much confidence he would have going into Chicago, knowing the coach trusts him in that game? I take you back to a young Irving playing against the future Presidents trophy winners, playing absolutely lights out. He was phenomenal, who's to say thats not the Irving we see saturday?

In no way was the game against Boston his fault, with the exception of the final goal not a single one was his fault, you can't blame the goalie when the team fails, the only difference between Kipper and Irving playing that game is Kipper wouldn't have been stuck out there for 6 goals in that gong show. Irving gave the Flames nothing but good hockey last season, the Flames sucked when he played and somehow everyone forgets about how truly good he was during those games. That Boston game was a write-off for the whole team, it'd be swell if everyone stopped laying it at Irvings feet.
