I mean its more than a handful of games for campbell. He was really good for LA before this year. His career .916 is right there with Freddy's .917, and his .928 as a backup was better than freddy's .923 as a backup.
I like Campbell and trust him too. I trust freddy more

What's Campbells playoff track record like?

I don't see any evidence at all that playoffs experienced goalies do better than rookies.
Sometimes rook goalers win Cups - Roy, Murray and Binner come to mind right away - no one knows their weaknesses yet and some these these kids have ice in their veins man

I'm still trying to understand how we had our name on a contract with Robin Lehner and we are asking Andy or Campbell ? It boggles the mind we let that guy pass through on a multi team deal that got us who ? Fmj

Put Andersen in. He'll likely give up a goal on the first shot against. Pull him and ride Campbell for a deep playoff run.

I’m so happy we got Campbell as a very competent back. He is in the high quality range. Andersen should start without much thought.

This playoffs will be different bc there is no such thing as home ice, or travel....for the players and teams.
