I’m curious to see what happens if teams below Arizona win their play-in rounds. For s and giggles, if Florida, Chicago and Montreal win, would Arizona slide down to the 8th pick?

Considering the fact that we expect Arizona's pick to drop into the bottom 16 if they win the play-in round, I'd expect the same to apply to the teams below them, which would drop Arizona's pick.
