help me please

Oogie, if you legitimately want/need help, download MyFitnessPal on your phone. Use the bar-code scanner to scan everything you purchase when eating it. Or see if when you eat out the items are in the menu. Spend a few weeks JUST tracking, don't need to adjust anything in your diet just monitor what you are regularly taking in. From there, look at the things that contain the most calories and think about which of those items fills you the most and see the carb/fat/protein ratios. Try and get as much protein as you can and try and cut out as much processed sugar and bad fats as you can. Drink lots of water as well to help keep you full and hydrated (a lot of people feel "hungry" when they're just dehydrated).
