No. Goal differential is a tie breaker.

Best just sell him off so you don't have divided loyalties.

fair point, i avoided drafting him for that but he fell into my lap i had to snag him... money in my pocket or a high draft pick.. i am very divided.

I don’t know that it’s as quantifiable as that, but no doubt it’s going to be harder to catch-up when every loss you give someone else points.
