Sounds very much like Don Henley. I checked and he had uploaded 8 HD videos 6 months ago on his channel. "The End Of The Innocence" is unfortunately not there, there's only a 240p version on YT, been there surprisingly long as well. I really liked the video (directed by David Fincher) and it won for Best Male Video at the 1990 VMAs, the first one I saw.
