:biglaugh: Who would've have thought a three year old document might not be accurate. :dunno:
I figured it would be, on account of it was on the WHL's website, and SLAM.ca which are usually accurate. Either way, I got the player I wanted, and he can play both positions.

Detroit was scared that someone else has this potential PF in their sights so, Detroit Red Wings are proud to select from the Erie Otters of the OHL RW Michael Blunden

Toronto selects: Ondrej Pavelec

in serious need of a potential big time goalie...

Very nice pick. He's arguably better than Rask, and Toronto will make great use of him.

As for my pick, I know exactly who I want, and will pick right now, but I'm still fielding offers. I'm looking for talent that can contribute now, not picks, but if I don't get a good offer for the pick, I'll make my pick.

Philly has till 9:09 am this morning to make a pick or announce a trade.

If not then it will be concensus time. I would nominate D Brian Lee or D jakub Kindl since Philly's only weak area (prospect wise) is on defence.

Note to all GM's: after your pick has been made via concensus, it will no longer be able to be changed except if you ask before the GM after you has not picked yet.

Note:
I need an assistant or two too watch this during the weekend as I am away most weekends.

The New York Rangers proudly select F Justin Abdelkader of the USHL, one of the best two-way centerman in the entire draft!

Edit: Had to bold the name ;)

Cup4Wings told me beforehand that he was not gonna be able to make his picks, and gave me his list...without further adieu:

With consecutive picks, DET takes Right Wing Mikko Lehtonen and Center Chris Durand.

WTF? While I did take my time, I was waiting for the Anaheim GM to respond to an offer. I know you guys want to speed things up, but that's ****in' ridiculous for some guy to make my pick for me. At the very least, someone could've informed me my time was almost up.

This thing is a joke.
