You would almost be able to say that all those years of playoff failure are justified and repaid with one more win, but as much as it's probably bett-er to be a fan of a team that's been successful for most of the past decade or so...the price of success without a championship is just misery compounded by even more misery. And we can only hope the most miserable story of them all isn't being drafted at this point.

Don’t have a good feeling about this but I hope It’s just the burn of past failures still messing with me.

Dallas is gonna be feeling it. Went from 7 minutes from going home to extending the series and (IMO) planting the seed of doubt. Tampa had an entire overtime period to themselves in the Dallas zone and got nothing out of it and then Dallas just continues to kill us with garbage goals and broken plays.

Even with the new faces, half the team are still passengers. I don’t know what they hell Tyler Johnson does for this team right now. I really don’t.

Hedman was pretty bad last game. He’s hurt. Can we continue to survive with him making bad plays?

If they let Dallas take this to 7 games, they are not going to win the Cup, IMO.

So please. Don’t let them take it to 7. Close it out. Give it everything.

For the love of G-d, score the first goal of the game this time. It hasn't happened enough in this series and it certainly hasn't happened enough times recently in general. Eight times in the last ten games falling behind first. Only once in those eight games have we led by more than one goal at any point afterwards. It's impossible to build on a lead when you don't have a lead to begin with.

The two most comfortable games we played recently were the 2nd and 3rd games of this series, and those are the only two of the last ten games we scored first in. I don't care how it gets done. Get on the board first.
