Not exactly. Just pointing out that a bad skater has put up some points on this team. If you shoot it they will come, and btw, it took Iginla 5 seasons to score over 30.

The real question is: can Fraser be as good on the first line as an old Iginla was last year. I think he could be.

Are you serious, on both counts?

Iginla's first 4 pro seasons in the NHL (from the age of 19):

21, 13, 28, 29

Fraser's first 4 pro seasons (from the age of 21):

37 (AHL), 33/1 (AHL/NHL), 20/2 (AHL/NHL)

What exactly about those stat lines leads you to believe that Fraser is going to score 30 goals in the NHL this year (be as good as Old Iginla in 13-14)???

I like Fraser...on the 3rd line.

Expecting a guy with a total of 3 NHL regular season goals (in 27 games) to come in, play on the 1st line (against the opposition's best players), AND score 30 goals is:

A) Unfair to the player

B) Ridiculous

I consider myself an "optimistic" B's fan, but this is so far beyond optimism it borders on stupidity.
