We need to poach that organ player. I can't tell if they're male or female, but their facial expressions are hypnotic.

Don't think anyone who watched him play last year would think that. Also he produced more than well enough at even strength as well.
watched him play verhaegh thought could play lower lines had full game abb looked like power play ahl specialist and never an nhl er my two cents and said it for awhile now he doesnt impress me as nhl player... something missing to me toughness besides in front of net like gaunce had fantastic year but didnt stand out as nhl guy i could be wrong only watched 20 some games on syracuse probably verhaegh i liked a ton figure could play a good 4th line role i didnt see that with abb

Verhaeghe's had a strong night. Masin's been pretty good overall. Cernak looks like our most skilled guy, which is weird, but I think we have some guys who don't have their legs yet.

Okay, the video is rather unfocused so I can't tell the most important thing about our guys.

Does Cirelli still have that magnificent curly flow going?????

Oh yes he does.

Seriously though, the kid has filled out a bit in the off-season. Still on the small side, but he had a child's frame last year.

I missed two pre-season games (well, I missed one altogether and saw 1 period of the other), but from that small sample size, if I didn't know the pedigree, I would think Nolan is the closer Foote to the NHL.

Good! I think it's his new Samson-like source of power.

You're right though, he definitely seems to have put on some solid muscle mass this summer.

Just after seeing this year's Dev Camp and the other game(s) they played, I totally agree. o_O

Verhaeghe again. Kid's pushing hard for a spot. Gotta have an inside track now. Great shot there.

Was that a legit hold? From the faraway angle it kinda looked like he just played the body.
50/50 unfortunately basically we had position player nash was falling a bit if after he is falling our player continues to push him down? holds him which camera didnt show it shoulda been called but if he just kept hands at chest as had them then is nonsense call

Great play by Cal there. Not nhl ready but people in this thread are a bit too negative tbh. He isn't that bad.

First big cuts come after this game, shouldn't they? Usually we start rounding the team out in the last few pre-season games.

Actually, I think most of us are simply saying that he's not NHL ready yet rather than he's 'bad.' He does show some nice flashes of talent but could use more seasoning in the AHL and a bit more work with Barb Underhill.

Agreed on the play. It's not that he's "bad." It's more that, he doesn't look just one year away. He still looks long-term.
