Great and hard question.
Dallas has big names like Seguin,Benn, Radulov and Pavelski...But also Klingberg and a goalie, Khudobin, that is really hot so far.
Vegas is a protected team I suppose, so we'll have another time an awful officiating. About the ice they're a skilled and a speedy team.
To be honest, I don't know...
Yeah, I stopped watching them quite a while ago. Always the same stupid question, that lead to always the same generic answers.Man the press questions are so dumb, Cooper is trying so hard not to throw it in their faces how dumb these questions are.
NYI did a pretty decent job in game 2, but can't sustain a near perfect defensive structure over a series. Tampa is currently firing on all cylinders, absolutely dominating all aspects of the game, everyone bringing a positive contribution. Since Boston game 2, this team is the complete package. Wasn't the case in the 1st round.... Is it weird that I don't see any sort of elite team defense out of the NYI?
Here I was gearing up for another CBJ style slog-fest and it's been nowhere close. There's been a lot of wide-open hockey.

I was literally just thinking about Maroon this morning and how valuable he's been for us. It might not be on the score sheet but having that recent cup winning vet who also is a big body and does things others don't is so incredibly key for this team. You know he's in that room being a calm voice, reminding the guys what's at stake and what they've been through and how it feels to get to that prize.Pat Maroon is sooo good in his role. If he doesn't re-sign with us I can see contenders lining up to sign this guy.
I love a Dallas win in 7. That said I would take a Dallas win in 5 if it means the Stars advance. They are not that great of a team and are a mouth better matchup than the KnightsWe REALLY need Vegas to force 7 games.
Point needs some time to heal and who knows, maybe Stamkos will be back....
When they left the ice to go to the room he was also limpingPoint skated (barely) during a commercial break, stayed on the bench and didn't look to be in any pain, celebrated with the boys. Was involved with bench banter and such. Good signs, considering last time he left the bench and the game
The Stars top end talent is badProbably Dallas is not a one line team like Boston is.
The Stars roster is deeper than the Bruins one I think.
So, it'd be an harder series imho.

Really adds nothing insightful, which is what you would expect from a post game presser
Access journalism is not journalism.Agree totally... it's like watching the press ask Biden if he thinks he will do a better job than Trump on this, that, other...lol
Today's journalists (many but not all), just make me scratch my head with their lack of creativity (among other shortcomings)

As long as he's at the level he was in Game 4, or even close, he's still our best C and a top-3 player on the team. When they left the ice to go to the room he was also limping
I'm probably leaning towards him sitting the next one out. See if we can close it out without him and let him rest for the finals. I dont like our chances in the finals without him.
