Th4 4 year old is watching Spirited Away and she is very concerned about basically everything happening.

Sad that my wife didn't get her job in Haddonfield, she was the 1st runner-up they told her. What's the point of having an MBA and going for her PhD if she can't get a better job?? I feel bad for her because she works her ass off, but sometimes she gets so nervous that she practically psych's her self out at interviews.

Thanks. She was ready to put her 2 weeks in on Monday, but now she's still stuck where she's at. At least she's not back into the office full time until Sept 7th.

Did you post a pic of what it looked like from the start that I missed? I love some reno content. I finished my basement at my old house last year and it was....quite an experience. Only took me twice as long as I hoped.

Any idea what they used to insulate it? That was actually one of the biggest hurdles I had to deal with was all the info on basement insulation. Nice pipe closet btw
