On D I doubt Wotherspoon would be moved.

That leaves (as guys who could be moved and who I'd like):

Spooner + Warsofky for Baertschi + Hanowski

Getting McQuaid back certainly won't solve everything, but it won't hurt getting back a more-experienced, big D-man with some snarl who can clear out the crease. Our D needs a little more muscle and experience.
