Wasnt Kovalevs stick like pee wee size?

I believe so. That's how I like it.

I always played with a really tiny one. I feel like it helps me handle in tight areas and it's light so I can really whip it on shots. I never understood how guys are so comfortable with these massive sticks but I trust that Mats knows better than I do.

Are we not using phrasing anymore?

What hockey-related does Girardi do better than Pirri?

In the defensive zone? Roughly everything. In the neutral zone? Roughly everything. I'd likely give Pirri the edge at keeping the puck in play in the offensive zone if he was somewhere near the point.

This is comical. Trying to argue that Brandon ****ing Pirri is somehow better defensively than an actual defenseman. Even if it's Girardi. I feel like this is the Twilight Zone.
