The goalies are especially interesting with how many teams there are in this pool. Kazakhstan isn't going to win a game, so somebody is going to either have a backup goalie on a powerhouse or the starter on a team that gets you no points.

Also of interest is that the teams that end up in the regulation match will play more games than the teams eliminated in the quarterfinals. With such a small sample size, games played could be a major factor.
