He and the Flames mutually agreed to part ways. He would not have been allowed to go play in the Olympics if he were under contract by an NHL team.

Mostly yes. But my brother had a new album, oooooh this had to be prior to 2008 but not before 2000, which is no real help I undertand, but it was very rock symphony (Lateralus like) and was really good from the song or two I heard. Can't remember anything else, but yeah, the early stuff is great, and I don't even like hard stuff.
