Been a while since the penguins stringed together back to back totally pathetic efforts.
These last two games were tough to stomach though.
MS with some questionable maneuvers himself.

Consecutive 5-2 losses at Columbus and St Louis is the only scoresheet comparable, but this is worse.

What would the Pens need to give up to acquire Jake Gardiner? Thoughts? The transition doesn't exist. Last many goals (except the anomaly vs TML) seem to have been individual efforts.

It's the usually trolling people think is hilarious in a cheeky way about either goalie. It's tired to constantly see. Both goalies have had 2 bad games and the key ingredient is horrible team defense.

I mean 5 goals now, Sabres firmly planted in front of Jarry...like not a single f*cking person moved Risto.

Absolutely wish I was smart enough to embed Therrien video

Not knowing what's gonna happen in tomorrows game, I'll say this, Monday is going to be very interesting now. We've seen what this team can do and there shouldn't be all out panic based on a couple bad games in a row, but they have been sputtering a bit the last month or so (even when winning) and it seems injuries are certainly now catching up to them, especially Jake and Dumo. We'll see if JR thinks healing players will fix the team or if he needs to adjust the mix.

It's like the Pens just wanted to prove to themselves that they could get into first place if they really wanted to, and once they got there were satisfied and prefer not to have the bulls eye on them by being in first.

Just nothing positive to take home the last two games besides not getting too injured. It doesn’t really change the perception of the team, just really reinforces the obvious that they can’t win in the playoffs with this banged up ass lineup.

Also might be making it clear that Schultz is damaged goods.

Normally Sully has had the midas touch this season in making the right personnel decisions. Not so much of late. Albeit with limited options. But McCann has done nothing really in over a month. But Zucker went to Teddy's line.
