Tampa just needs to play their game and hound the rangers. I want to see a lock down boring defensive effort tonight.

Side not: I know the rangers have made it to the conference final and won game 1, but I am just not impressed with their team. I just don't see it.

Hopefully we'll be less sloppy tonight. I feel like it would be a tall order to go down 2-0 to this Rangers team. Their depth scoring and goaltending really scare me.

I kind of just improvised. I had a pork tenderloin, so I sliced it into medallions, which I coated in beaten egg and then tossed in breadcrumbs seasoned with black pepper, paprika, garlic, and parsley. I lightly fried the pork medallions and put them on hoagie rolls from Publix with honey mustard, pickles, tomatoes, and onion, because that’s what I had. My husband liked it so that’s a success to me.
