As for the top guys it's time to switch the lines up.I'm not defending anyone here. Just saying I wouldn't be going after Maroon when all of the top guys on this team have been absolutely nowhere in 2 of the 3 games.
Definition of scapegoating.
Maroon kills the 4th line. He killed our 2nd PP unit ( got removed ) and he's taken multiple penalties.Yeah, it's not Maroon. I think in part it's that our game is built around a balance of speed and grit, but we lost a lot of that speed. We're kind of just gritty skilled now.
Although it really felt to me like we had by far the better of 5v5 play last game. We just couldn't get any extended time that way, and both their pp and Pk murdered us.
Why's that the team's fault?I've been drinking since noon with my mother in law...f*** this team.
More like gonna be Jan Twotwota
It's way more important that they kept Matthew's out of the Ozone.Poor Pointer. With the amount of chances he produced last game, putting him with Killorn and Cirelli again is a buzz kill.
I get that they are the shut down line, but still..
If the Leafs should win, I'd think that would put a ton of pressure on the Leafs to close it out, and everything is off the Lightning. This is such a pivotal game. You either doom yourself to 3-1 or head to Toronto tied 2-2.
