Happy for Allison. I hope he sticks around for a few seasons. Really like the way he plays.
Might be Deslauriers back with them too.Yeah, it is nice to see Seeler right next to Risto.
Is this the best stretch of Flyers hockey since Winter 2019/2020?
…we are in 2023
I am not trying to be a party pooper here, but using the timeframe that the broadcast used (from holiday break), the team has something like the 3rd best PDO. Basically very high sh% and high save %…Is this the best stretch of Flyers hockey since Winter 2019/2020?

Edit: 6-1Blackhawks down 5-1 to Seattle in the first. Their tanking has reached the level of the 83-84 Pens and Devils.
Edit: 6-1
They were probably among the worst in shooting percentage before the xmas break so they were due for a resurgence. The two ES Goals tonight were grade A scoring chances though. No luck was needed on those.I am not trying to be a party pooper here, but using the timeframe that the broadcast used (from holiday break), the team has something like the 3rd best PDO. They are playing better during that stretch but there’s also lots of luck involved…like right now they have 3 goals on 15 shots….that’s not going to happen most game.
Did they replay that breakaway by Tippett? Thought I saw that same Slash
Is Stevie Wonder playing goal for the Hawks?Kraken have 7 shots

Yes they were. They were also like 27th in scoring chances as well during that time. So you wouldn’t really expect that sh% to be that high when you are shooting from 30’.They were probably among the worst in shooting percentage before the xmas break so they were due for a resurgence.
