The good thing about these back to back games is that there is no travel so they can get a good night's rest in the hotel room and be mentally prepared the next day.

No we don’t though I’m not sure how much it matters anymore. I pointed out in the Roster speculation thread that Risto was pounding the Philly forwards. That included catching Voracek with a big hit at center ice. Where he immediately left the ice in pain. No one on the Flyers did anything about it.

Having those types of players doesn’t stop those hits from happening. or from your best players from getting hit.

One of the toughest fighters in the league is Tom Wilson and he plays on Ovy’s wing. Yet that does nothing to deter Risto from trying to hammer Ovy every game he plays against him.
