Kings really thumped Colorado again. What a bad franchise the Avs continue to be.

Hardly thumped. Avs were missing some important players and got off to a bit of a bad / unlucky start with the first goal. Not a bad franchise.

MacKinnon has done a whole lot of nothing lately and the Avs have really crashed down to earth. I think the Hart should go to McDavid or Kopitar at this point, unless things turn back around

I'll just throw out there that the job Kopitar did on Mackinnon tonight was the best I've seen all year. Mackinnon can be pretty reliant on using his speed though the neutral zone to back off the D and create space...the way Kopitar controlled the middle of the ice and forced the Avs breakouts to the wall where they were doubled should be put in a textbook. Not sure Mackinnon was able to just launch himself through the neutral zone a single time tonight.

I wonder what Babs will do when Lou doesn't resign 2/3 of his sons (Polak, Komarov).
I know what I'll do....sigh with relief.
