This might just me being a homer and my endless hate for the leafs, but does anyone else notice the leafs schedule always seems to be an easier schedule to get them going. All close proximity against rivals and games every 2 days. 2018 Oilers started in Europe then in an easy coast swing and it still required more days to hit the 5 game mark. I think every year the first game of the year should be against a rival.
